What is Quill?
Quill is a daily news digest for people who want to stay informed without spending all day following the news. Get a concise overview of the day’s top stories, with more context and links to original reporting when you want to explore.
How much time do I need?
The daily digest is designed to give you the essentials in about five minutes. Read at your own pace, stop when you’re caught up, or spend longer with a story that interests you. Audio briefings can run longer than the quick read.
Is Quill free?
Yes. You can download Quill and read the current daily digest for free. Quill Pro adds features including podcasts, story audio, saved stories, previous digests, and a personalized For You digest. See the app for current prices and available offers.
Where can I use it?
Quill is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. Check the App Store listing for current device and operating-system requirements. There is no Android app or web reader offered on this website.
Where do the stories come from?
Quill brings together reporting from multiple news publishers. Related coverage is grouped into a story so you can get the essentials without reading the same update again and again. Source links let you open the original reporting; a publisher may require its own subscription.
Does Quill use AI?
Yes. Quill uses AI to help organize coverage, summarize stories, and create audio. AI can make mistakes, and developing news can change. Follow the source links for the underlying reporting, and use the report-issue option in the app or email us if something looks wrong.
Do I need an account?
You can start reading the daily digest without creating an account. Some features, including setting up your personalized For You digest, use Sign in with Apple to save and sync your preferences.
How do I manage Quill Pro?
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple. You can manage or cancel Quill Pro in your Apple subscription settings. Use Restore Purchases in Quill if you already subscribed. Deleting your Quill account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
How can I send feedback or report a correction?
We’d love to hear from you. Use the feedback or report-issue option in the app, or email ty@quillnewsdigest.com. Include the story title and date when reporting a correction so we can find it.
